The rigid bar within the Safe T Catch is much stronger than a chain so it puts up greater resistance against forced entry. It’s also visually more attractive as, unlike a chain, it remains hidden from view until used.
Senator's thumbturn option allows you to lock your door securely from the inside, without a key. You still enjoy all the safety and security advantages of your Sentinel Composite Door, with the added benefit of being able to get out easily, without having to look for your key.
