Our showrooms are open by appointment only, and our dedicated teams are looking forward to welcoming you to discuss your upcoming projects. When you visit our showrooms, we will take precautionary measures to decrease the risk to you and ourselves, while continuing to operate as normally as we can. We are practicing physical distancing by keeping 2 metres apart from others and we have increased hygiene measures in place.

When we need to enter your home, we will practice physical distancing by keeping 2 metres apart from you and your family and we have increased hygiene measures in place. As we work in your home, we will notify you when we change rooms so you and your family can relocate to another area of your home as required.

We are currently working to schedule installation dates for customers awaiting our products. Be assured, your Senator representative will keep you fully updated of your estimated delivery date. We thank you for your support and co-operation and we are here to answer any questions that you may have as we work through this together.

The safety of our customers and staff is vital and to play our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19, we have created best practice guidelines for our business in-line with the HSE and the Construction Industry Federation recommendations. Yes, we do. Where payment is due to be taken, we will contact you and organise contactless payments through card or bank transfer and issue you with an e-receipt.
